Pharmacology of Boni Gold Tablet
It contains calcium orotate, a calcium supplement with a functional amino acid chelating ligand orotate. Orotic acid helps calcium transport through the cell membrane structure, thereby promoting the intracellular absorption of calcium, especially in bones. Calcium orotate also helps maintain healthy cartilage. In addition, orotate is involved in the synthesis of DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) and RNA (ribonucleic acid) of various calcium supplements on the market. Calcium orotate is found in cartilage due to its compound's ability to penetrate complex cell membranes.
