Netromycin Injection is an antibiotic medicine. It contains netilmicin as the active substance. Netromycin Injection is used to treat bacterial infections of the urinary tract, gastrointestinal tract
skin, soft tissue, blood, blood poisoning by bacteria, brain, respiratory tract, kidney, bones, joints and genitourinary tract. It is also used to treat the bacterial infections caused due to burns, wounds and peri-operative (around the time of surgery) infections. This medicine will be given to you by your doctor or nurse. Do not self-inject it. Before starting Netromycin Injection, inform your doctor if you are pregnant/breastfeeding and about your complete medical history.
Netromycin Injection is used for the treatment of bacterial infections of the urinary tract, gastrointestinal tract, skin, soft tissue, blood, blood poisoning by bacteria, brain, respiratory tract, kidney, bones, joints and genitourinary tract infections.
It is also used to treat bacterial infections occurring due to burns, wounds and peri-operative (around the time of surgery) infections.

Netromycin Injection will be given to you by a doctor or nurse and hence, the chances of an overdose are unlikely.
It is unlikely that a dose of Netromycin Injection will be missed if you are monitored in a healthcare setup. However, if you have missed taking a dose of the injection, inform the doctor or nurse immediately.Read less
