Dosage varies depending on the condition being treated:
Take Stresin 20 as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow it whole with or without food but at a fixed time each day. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember, but do not double the dose if it's almost time for your next dose.
Stresin is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to duloxetine or any inactive ingredients. It should not be used in bipolar depression, substantial alcohol use, or chronic liver disease.
Duloxetine is Pregnancy Category C. Its use during pregnancy is justified only if the benefits outweigh the risks. Use during labor and delivery and lactation is not recommended.
