Trimetazidine Dihydrochloride is a metabolic anti-ischemic agent and the first 3-ketoacyl-CoA thiolase (KAT) inhibitor.

Trangina MR is indicated as an add-on therapy in adults with stable angina pectoris who are inadequately controlled by or intolerant to first-line anti-anginal treatments.

✔️ Trangina MR | Dosage & Administration

Recommended dose:

35 mg twice daily or 20 mg three times daily, preferably with meals.

Treatment review:

Evaluate after 3 months; discontinue if no improvement is observed.
