✔️ Dosage Information for Lenangio (Lenalidomide)
Adult Dose
Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS):
- Initial Dose: 10 mg orally once daily for 21 consecutive days in a repeated 28-day cycle.
Multiple Myeloma (in combination with Dexamethasone):
- Lenalidomide: 25 mg orally once daily for 21 consecutive days in a repeated 28-day cycle.
- Dexamethasone:
- 40 mg once daily on Days 1–4, 9–12, and 17–20 of each 28-day cycle (for the first 4 cycles).
- After the first 4 cycles, 40 mg once daily on Days 1–4 of each 28-day cycle.
- Elderly Patients: No dosage adjustment is necessary.
Child Dose
- Patients <18 years old: Safety and efficacy not established.
Renal Dose Adjustments
Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS):
- Moderate Renal Impairment: 5 mg once daily.
- Severe Renal Impairment (not requiring dialysis): 5 mg every other day.
- End-stage renal Disease (requiring dialysis): 5 mg three times a week after dialysis.
Multiple Myeloma (MM):
- Moderate Renal Impairment: 10 mg once daily, which may be increased to 15 mg once daily after 2 cycles if needed.
- Severe Renal Impairment (not requiring dialysis): 15 mg every other day, which may be increased to 10 mg once daily if needed.
- End-stage renal disease (requiring dialysis): 5 mg once daily after dialysis.

- Pregnancy (may cause severe birth defects or fetal death).
