- Maintenance Dose (after 1 year with a history of MI): 60 mg orally twice a day (BID).
Aspirin Co-administration:
- Initial Aspirin Loading Dose: 325 mg.
- Maintenance Aspirin Dose: 75-100 mg per day (DO NOT exceed 100 mg/day).
Hepatic Impairment:
- Moderate to Severe Hepatic Impairment: Contraindicated.
