Pharmacology of Ancor 10 Tablet
Bisoprolol Fumarate is the most selective ß1 blocker. It has the highest affinity for ß1 receptors compared to any other beta-blocker available to date. It selectively blocks ß1 adrenergic receptors in the heart and vascular smooth muscle, reduces heart rate and cardiac output, thereby reducing arterial hypertension. In patients using non-selective β1-blockers for β1, β-blockers may adversely affect lipid metabolism, but in long-term treatment, bisoprolol does not cause HDL, including cardioprotective effects. Any change in the components of cholesterol, including cholesterol.
