- Rostil Plus is a combination of two drugs, Mebeverine and Ispaghula, used to reduce and relieve symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), which include abdominal pain, cramping, bloating, diarrhea, or constipation, as well as abdominal spasmodic pain.
