Instructions for Using De-Rash Plus

• Use De-Rash Plus exactly as directed by your doctor.
• Do not use more of it, more often, or for a longer period than prescribed.

Average Dosage:

• Topical Ointment for Diaper Rash with Yeast Infection:
  • Infants 4 weeks and older, weighing 1500 grams or more: Apply a thin layer to the diaper area with each diaper change for 7 days.
  • Infants younger than 4 weeks, weighing less than 1500 grams: Dosage must be determined by your doctor.

Missed Dose of De-Rash Plus

• If you miss a dose, apply it as soon as possible.
• If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Steps for Application:

1. Hand Washing: Wash your hands with soap and water before and after applying the medicine.
