Instill one drop in the affected eye(s) once daily in the evening.
Contraindications
Patients who are hypersensitive to any component of tafluprost ophthalmic solution should avoid using it.
Side Effects

Pregnancy & Lactation
Use during pregnancy: Category C pregnancy. In pregnant women, there are no sufficient and well-controlled trials. During pregnancy, tafluprost ophthalmic solution should not be used unless the possible benefit outweighs the danger to the fetus.
