- Levofloxacin:

✔️ Each ml of sterile ophthalmic solution contains:
- Dexamethasone (as Sodium Phosphate): 1 mg
- Levofloxacin (as Hemihydrate): 5 mg
- Preservative: Benzalkonium Chloride 0.005%

- Common: Eye irritation, ocular hypertension, and headaches.
- Serious:
- Increased intraocular pressure (IOP) or glaucoma with prolonged use.
- Diabetics may risk subcapsular cataracts.
- Corneal thinning or perforation in rare cases.
✔️ Instructions for Use: Trevox D
- Wash hands thoroughly.
- Avoid contact between the bottle tip and the eye or skin.
- Tilt the head back, pull down the lower eyelid, and instill one drop into the pocket.
- After applying, press the inner corner of the eye to prevent systemic absorption.
✔️ Dosage of Trevox D
- Adults: One drop into the conjunctival sac every 6 hours for 7 days after surgery.
- Children: Not recommended for those under 18 years old due to insufficient safety data.
