Vardenafil is used to treat male sexual function problems (impotence or erectile dysfunction-ED). In combination with sexual stimulation, vardenafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis to help a man get and keep an erection.
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Valenty 10.
Valenty 10 is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects on the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Information regarding the use of Valenty 10 during breastfeeding is not available. Please consult your doctor.
Valenty 10 may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Valenty 10 should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. A dose adjustment of Valenty 10 may be needed. Please consult your doctor. No clinical studies are available for patients with an end-stage renal disease requiring dialysis.
Valenty 10 should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. A dose adjustment of Valenty 10 may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Limited information is available on the use of Valenty 10 in patients with severe liver disease.

Valenty 10 is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works in erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis by relaxing the muscles in penile blood vessels. It helps to get an erection only if the person is sexually stimulated.
If you miss a dose of Valenty 10, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
Vardenafil is a type 5 phosphodiesterase inhibitor that targets cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) (PDE5). The relaxation of smooth muscle in the corpus cavernosum and its associated arterioles initiates penile erection, which is a hemodynamic process. Nitric oxide is released in the corpus cavernosum during sexual stimulation.

Vardenafil can enhance the effects of antihypertensive drugs by lowering blood pressure. Single doses of Vardenafil 20 mg reduced blood pressure by 7 mmHg systolic and 8 mmHg diastolic in clinical studies. When combined with other vasodilators, such as alpha-blockers, caution is advised. Vardenafil has no effect on alcohol's hypotensive effect.
Vardenafil should not be taken with nitrates (either regularly or intermittently) or nitric oxide donors because Vardenafil can increase the hypotensive effect of nitrates. Patients who have shown hypersensitivity to Vardenafil or any of the ingredients in this product are also advised to avoid it.
Vardenafil is not recommended for females.
Because there is a degree of cardiac risk associated with sexual activity, physicians should consider their patient's cardiovascular status. Vardenafil should not be used in men who are unable to engage in sexual activity due to their underlying cardiovascular condition.
Keep the temperature below 30°C and away from light and moisture. Keep out of children's reach.
