✅ Description:
Vital B7 5000mg Tablet is indicated for the treatment and prevention of Vitamin B-Complex deficiency, which may be caused by a variety of conditions, including:
- Vitamin B-Complex Deficiency States:
- Beriberi
- Wernicke's encephalopathy
- Loss of appetite
- Cheilosis (cracks at the corners of the mouth)
- Glossitis (inflammation of the tongue)
- Angular stomatitis
- Keratitis
- Seborrhoeic dermatitis
- Pellagra
- Photophobia
- Peripheral neuritis
- Corneal vascularization
- Hyperthyroidism or poorly controlled diabetes
- Conditions Causing Depletion or Reduced Absorption of Vitamins:
- Gastrointestinal disorders
- Chronic alcoholism
- Febrile illness
- Prolonged or wasting diseases
- Conditions with Increased Requirement for B-Complex Vitamins:

- 1-2 tablets/capsules taken three times daily.

- Adverse Reactions: While uncommon at normal doses, allergic reactions may occur, especially in patients who have previously received thiamine injections. These reactions are usually rare and occur at much higher doses than those in Vital B7 5000mg Tablet.
- General Side Effects:
- Allergic or idiosyncratic reactions may occur.
- Rare cases of pain at the injection site, especially when administered intramuscularly.
✔️ Interaction:
- Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) may reduce the efficacy of levodopa in Parkinson's disease by increasing its peripheral metabolism.
✔️ Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to any of the components in the product.
✔️ Pregnancy & Lactation:
- It is safe for use during pregnancy and lactation when taken at the recommended dose. However, do not exceed the recommended dose without medical advice.
✔️ Precautions & Warnings:
- Caution should be exercised in patients taking levodopa, as pyridoxine may reduce its therapeutic effects.
- Use with care in patients who have had previous thiamine injections, particularly at higher doses.
- Discontinue use if adverse reactions occur.
- Intramuscular Administration may cause transient pain; administer slowly if undiluted.
